Our Secret Cake Lair
Asheville Cake Company is a privately booked, specialty cake kitchen. We do not currently have a retail establishment available for drop-in purchases.

Rates
All of our cakes are different and are therefore priced individually based on the level of design complexity - we do not have a standard price list.

Minimums
Because we are compulsive, insomniac precisionists and our cakes are painstakingly crafted in the wee (yes, wee) hours of the morning to absolute, unimaginable levels of confection perfection, we require a minimum of 100 servings (starting at $5 a serving) on all orders.

Notice/Availability*
Also! All Asheville Cake Company cakes are all made-to-order fresh. We are not a retail bakery and do not have frozen cakes. Most cakes can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to complete from start to finish (sugar modeling takes several weeks to dry). This is why we require an absolute minimum of 1 week's notice on all cake orders. Two weeks is WAAAY better and can include sugar modeling elements.

*Please remember to book your cake early as our schedule fills up quickly and we only accept 2-3 orders per week.

Delivery!
Yes, we do deliver, tell us where your event is and we will include it in your estimate.

Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at least two weeks prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit.

Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card (Visa, AmEx, or Mastercard, and Discover). Cake orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full by credit card at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.

Tastings
Design/Tasting appointments are held for most of our cake orders, but not all. There is a non-refundable $25 deposit required for all appointments. The $25 deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your cake.

Shipping
Nope, we do not ship our cakes.

Dietary Restrictions
Currently, we are not making vegan, wheat-free, gluten-free, or Kosher cakes.

Allergies
All of our cakes have ingredients that have come into contact with nuts at some point. We cannot, in any way, accomodate a nut allergy.
